The Grid is a custom online workspace for organising relationships, projects and operational information. Inspired by the flexibility of tools such as Podio, it is being shaped around the way I work.

I enjoy building systems, but only when they serve the work rather than dictate it. The Grid comes from wanting a clearer view of commitments, connections and progress without forcing every project into a generic template. Its restrained monochrome identity reflects the same idea: give the information structure, then let the actual work take centre stage. It is also a place to explore how a small business can build tools around its own priorities.
