Lead From Roots is a digital workspace for people-centred leadership. It gives leaders a place to organise the people they are responsible for and keep track of the relationships and follow-up that can easily disappear among daily tasks.
The project reflects a conviction that has shaped much of my work: good leadership starts with attention to people. A system can help me remember, plan and act, but its purpose is to support real conversations and lasting relationships. I am building Lead From Roots around that distinction, with a clear interface that helps leaders see who may need their time and what the next meaningful step could be.
This website can load fonts from Google. This connects your browser to Google’s servers and shares your IP address. You can accept or reject Google Fonts, or manage your preferences. If you reject them, the website will use a fallback font.
