Lead From Roots is a digital workspace for people-centred leadership. It gives leaders a place to organise the people they are responsible for and keep track of the relationships and follow-up that can easily disappear among daily tasks.

The project reflects a conviction that has shaped much of my work: good leadership starts with attention to people. A system can help me remember, plan and act, but its purpose is to support real conversations and lasting relationships. I am building Lead From Roots around that distinction, with a clear interface that helps leaders see who may need their time and what the next meaningful step could be.
