As part of our expanding visual identity work at The Salvation Army Vejle, we recently brought textile production in-house. With a newly acquired heat press machine, we now produce custom t-shirts and apparel for events, camps, and local volunteers.
The first project? Branded t-shirts for BørneLejr ’25 and TeenLejr ’25 — each with its own unique design language:
• BørneLejr features a colourful, playful logo printed on white tees — bright, joyful, and childlike.
• TeenLejr uses a gritty, distressed typeface on darker fabric for a bolder, more mature look.
This hands-on production process allows full control over colour, placement, and quality. It’s not just about saving costs or speeding up delivery — it’s about owning the message, right down to the fabric.
Heat pressing has become more than a tool — it’s a design ritual that connects identity, community, and craftsmanship.
